Dégustation de vins naturels alsaciens animée par 4 étudiantes en licence pro commercialisation des vins de l’IUT de Tours.
Elles ont été accueillies dans leur démarche par l’atelier de reliure-dorure Alain Briand.
Etaient présentées différentes versions de « L’IVRE DE CAVE », ainsi que divers livres-objets.

Degustazione di vini naturali alsaziani animata da 4 studentesse di licenza professionale in commercializzazione dei vini presso l’Instituto Universitario Tecnologico di Tours (Francia).
Il laboratorio di rilegatura-doratura Alain Briand ospitava l’evento.
Sono state presente diverse versioni del « L’IVRE DE CAVE », con alcuni libri-oggetti.

The tasting of natural wines from Alsace was animated by 4 students from the Technological University Institute of Tours’ Wine Marketing studies department.
The event was hosted at the Alain Briand’s bookbinding-gilding workshop, in Tours, on 11th and 12th February 2011.
Various versions of the “L’IVRE DE CAVE” were presented, along with other book-objects.
